1. Respect for the Administration

Always treat all Administrators, Game Masters and staff members with respect. Any act of disrespect towards the administration, in any channel, will be punished.

1st offense: 1 week jail.

2nd offense: Permanent ban.

2. Prohibition of Impersonation

• It is forbidden to impersonate (pretend to be) any member of the administration, in any form or channel.

1st offense: 1 week jail.

2nd offense: Permanent ban.

3. Advertising Other Servers

• Any form of disclosure, suggestion or comment about other Lineage 2 servers is prohibited, whether via in-game chat or other channels linked to us.

1st offense: 1 week chat ban.

2nd offense: 1 week jail.

3rd offense: Permanent ban.

4. Misuse of Programs or Bug Exploitation

• The use of bots, third-party programs, exploits or any form of undue advantage obtained through flaws in the game, site or forum is strictly forbidden. Upon finding a bug, the player must report it to the administration immediately.

1st offense: 1 week jail.

2nd offense: Permanent ban.

5. Requesting Favors from the Administration

• Do not request levels, items, adena, teleports or any benefit from staff. These requests will not be granted.

1st offense: Warning.

Repeat offense: 1 day jail.

6. Account Security

• Your account is personal and non-transferable. Never share your password, not even with the administration. Do not use unofficial programs, as they may contain viruses or keyloggers.

Attention: the administration is not responsible for losses resulting from negligence, account sharing or the use of third-party software.

7. Responsibility for Personal Data

• The player is responsible for keeping their data correct and their e-mail active, as it is required for password recovery. The administration is not responsible for loss of access due to forgotten, outdated or invalid data.

8. Offenses, Hate Speech and Toxic Behavior

It is strictly forbidden to offend other players or staff members using

* Derogatory or offensive names.

* Pornographic, racist, misogynistic, homophobic or prejudiced content.

* Any form of hate speech or incitement to violence.

* It is also forbidden to use any server communication channel (global chat, private chat, in-game mail, hero chat or forum) to:

* Incite or manipulate players against the administration.

* Create turmoil or destabilize the server environment.

Penalties:

1st offense: 1 week chat ban.

2nd offense: 1 week jail.

3rd offense: Permanent ban.

Note: depending on severity, this kind of conduct may also constitute a crime under the laws of your country (e.g. hate speech, harassment or defamation legislation). This is informational context, not a claim that the server administration enforces criminal law — any actual crime should be reported to the appropriate authorities.

9. Unfounded Accusations Against the Administration

Accusing staff members of favoritism or misconduct, without presenting concrete evidence, is forbidden.

1st offense: 1 week jail.

2nd offense: Permanent ban.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated periodically.

11. Right of Appeal

• Every player has the right to appeal penalties applied. The appeal must be submitted within 48 hours of the penalty, through the official support channel on the site.
